Coconut is available everywhere around us and the oil extracted from the coconut is very valuable as well as medicinal. According to research, coconut oil contains lauric acid, capric acid and caprylic acid. Its properties include antimicrobial, antioxidant antifungal and antibacterial.
It can be used for treatment of conditions such as Stress relief, Heart diseases, Weight loss, stomach and digestive related problems including constipation. Prevents dryness and flaking of skin, delays wrinkling and treat various skin infections and problems, ensures scalp is free from dandruff, lice. Acts as a conditional, repairs damaged hair and give hair shiny complexion

Ingredient
Coconut 5-10 (Depending on the quantity desired)
Break the coconut oil and remove the shell and husk
Grate or blend the coconut with enough water
Sieve this mixture with a sieve to extract the coconut milk
Heat over a low flame
There is a need to stir the mixture continuously, the mixture thickens and with time as oil starts separating from the mixture, the water evaporates leaving the oil behind. Cook for some more time, before turning off the fire. Leave to cool off then gentle scoop out the oil into a container.
